Better conversion, faster deal cycles with tech partners

Time is the single most valuable asset for any sales rep. They need to manage their time to both close deals for this quarter and build pipe for future quarters.

Tech partners help reps move through opportunities efficiently and integrations help ensure our product is the right fit for the prospect. We pulled a series of reports across geos and segments. While there were a few outliers, we found clear trends that highlight the benefit of teaming with a tech partners:

  • 50% better conversion, early stage to close/won
  • 40% faster deal cycle, early stage to close/won
  • 20%-50% larger deal size

Tech partners help reps get better insight into deals, such as who are the main decision makers, potential pitfalls in the sales process and what kind of budgets are available. Reps can also quickly size up product fit; our product will likely be a better fit if the prospect has already deployed from a vendor with whom we have a partnership and integration.

In an era where companies need to do more with less, saving time for reps is a massive value-add. Helping reps learn about more accounts in less time could be difference between making a quarter and not. Our data shows that tech partners meaningfully help reps close more deals, faster.
